Orthodontist marketing services: search work and paid ads for each office
Our orthodontist marketing services come in two offers, Organic Growth and Paid Ads. Below, each one is broken into what it holds for an orthodontic practice, from a single office to a group with several locations.
How the two offers fit around a practice's offices and consult calendar
Orthodontist marketing is easier to buy when the pieces have names. Organic Growth is the search side: office listings, local pages, reviews, links and, on the upper plans, the practice website. Paid Ads is the placement side: campaigns for search on Google Ads and Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), and for feeds on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), each ending in a call or a form.
A practice with one office often starts with the listing and the pages a parent reads before calling, then adds ads once the consult calendar has room. A group with several locations tends to want one listing and one town page per office from the first month, with hours and phone differences kept straight. Either way there is one adjustment per monthly visit, and the following month shows what it did.
The offers can run alone or together. Search work builds the listings and pages that ads land on, and ads put those pages in front of people on the platforms' own schedule, so a practice with a busy early summer or back-to-school season often runs both. Neither offer promises a ranking or a number of requests; each promises monthly work and a report.
Some work is outside the list. We do not write clinical content, answer calls, run a front desk, shoot photographs or manage social accounts beyond Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). A title the practice uses about itself, and the wording of its ads, stay with the practice and its state dental board, and the owner reads each platform's health-ad rules before a campaign goes live.
Each service has a longer page among the guides. The orthodontist marketing overview ties them together, and the pricing page shows the monthly plans. Ad spend is paid to the platforms and never sits inside our fee.
Schedule a call about your orthodontic practice's marketing
Say how many offices the practice has and which service lines matter most. Our CEO takes the first call, and the plan on the pricing page is matched to what comes out of it.
Which office should carry the next full consult calendar?
Name the offices, the towns around them, whether parents or adult patients are the group you want more of, and any referring dentists whose families should land on a page of their own. A few loose lines are plenty, and nothing about an individual patient belongs here.
Ready to string the first wire?
The first call with our CEO sorts out which offices, which towns and which service lines lead the opening month.
